1 General Terms

aiay9 is an online casino and betting platform operated for players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between aiay9 ("we", "the platform") and the user ("you", "the player").

5.2 General Bonus Terms

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Rejection

aiay9 reserves the right to accept or reject any bet. A bet will be considered void in the following situations:

• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error.
• If a bet is placed after an event has started (except for live betting).
• If there is insufficient balance in the account.
• If a transaction is incomplete due to a system error.

6.2 Dispute of Results

If a dispute arises over the outcome of a game, the player must notify our support team within 24 hours. Server logs and the game provider's records will be treated as the final evidence.

6.3 Maximum Payout

7 Prohibited Activities

• Collusion: Conspiring with other players to influence the outcome of a game.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or dispute on deposited funds that have been spent on games.

• Hacking: Any attempt to breach the security systems of the platform.

If any of the above activities are detected, aiay9 may immediately close the account, forfeit the balance and take legal action if necessary.
